A common complaint were hear about the new virtual events is about having to toggle between the Pathable event site window and the Zoom client for the chat function. Chat is used heavily in our events and we are hearing the concern from both presenters and attendees.
Since the audio is admittedly not great for the embedded experience, could Pathable consider putting the chat feature back into the Zoom client or giving event hosts the choice? Until the audio experience is fixed, most users will not be in the embedded experience which makes the separate chat very disjointed.

It is unusual to attend a webinar (that's not on-demand) that did not include a chat function for attendees. This will be a challenge for a number of our presenters who do not have co-presenters to help monitor multiple windows. The ability for the host to enable/disable this feature should definitely be reconsidered.
