Conditional visibility for widgets

It would be immensely helpful for the end user experience if there were widgets that could be set to display only on certain conditions. For example, the homepage of our Pathable site has buttons to register (off-site) and log in so that a first time visitor immediately knows what steps to take. However, this is confusing for returning visitors as it suggests that they're not logged in or successfully registered.

I can think of a few conditional settings that would be helpful:

• only if logged in
• only if not logged in
• only if organization has virtual tradeshow booth
