Add Arizona MST to app time zone settings

Currently the only choices for time zone settings in the app are Eastern, Mountain, Pacific and UTC. Since Arizona observes Mountain Standard Time all year, it needs to be added. 

This missing time zone will affect session times if the event is mid event and the rest of the US switches time zones. Currently, we match Pacific time but as of November 1st, we will match Mountain time.
